We use public data from a variety of sources, including public websites, public records, data partnerships, property information, and state government sources. We regularly update our database to give you the latest information and best leads.

XD gathers information from multiple sources, like public records, deed offices, and customers themselves. (Note: We do not store sensitive data such as social security numbers, credit card information, or the presence of minors under the age of 18 years.)
For about 85% of our records, we have:
- Street addresses
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
We update our database every 90 days on average. Timeframes can vary depending on when changes become available.
Yes! We scrub our records against both the federal and state (where available) registrations using your Do Not Call Registry Organization ID and Subscription Account Number (SAN). Learn more about the Do Not Call Registry.

- Go to your storefront.
- Click on Order History.
- Find your order.
- Select the status for mailing or shipping details.
You can cancel your order for up to 10 minutes after it’s been placed.
Absolutely! You can find accepted address list formats in your address book under the Upload List section.
Yes! From your storefront, you can access your addresses from your Address Book.
On the upper right-hand corner of your storefront, you’ll find your profile. You can edit your address, headshots, contact information, and more!
