Jim Wright, Chief Executive Officer

Jim Wright joined Xpressdocs in June 2018 as CEO. Jim is responsible for planning, implementing, and integrating the overall strategic direction of Xpressdocs, including end-to-end management of all departments. His primary focus is identifying opportunities for expansion into new markets and strengthening customer relationships by offering clients marketing products and services customized to fit their business needs in an increasingly demanding marketplace. 

Jim believes success is greater than just the work we do, it’s about trust, unity, and collaboration, and the constant pursuit of excellence. Prior to Xpressdocs, Jim served as Vice President of Naked Lime Marketing for 6 years and more than 8 years as Vice President of Sales at Callbright Corporation, a leader in total call management solutions. Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University.

Darrin Rayner, Executive Vice President

Darrin Rayner is responsible for leading Xpressdocs’ sales and business development activities, including enterprise sales, channel development, partnership management, account management, call center operations and customer service. In addition, Darrin develops and executes Xpressdocs’ long-term product and platform vision, creating industry-leading solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Prior to joining Xpressdocs, Darrin served as Vice President for Verizon’s Superpages.com business unit, including roles in Sales, Client Services and Internet Marketing. In his most recent role with Verizon, Darrin was responsible for creating, implementing and leading the sales channel strategies to expand the advertiser base for the company’s local search site. By employing a multi-channel approach that included the creation of internal telephone and premise sales channels, partnerships with national agencies, establishment of local resellers, integration with global telemarketing firms and launch of an online ad sales platform, Darrin was able to lead a diverse team that grew to $160M+ in less than three years. Darrin has also held senior positions in the advertising and interactive entertainment software industries in the United States and Canada.

Darrin has a BA in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, with concentrations in Marketing, Communications and Human Resource Management.

Pete Fisher, Chief Financial Officer

Pete Fisher joined Xpressdocs in October 2019 as CFO. Pete oversees Xpressdocs’ overall financial activities including controllership, tax, treasury, financial planning and analysis, budgeting/forecasting, HR, and financial operations. He is focused on the company’s efforts to promote financial growth and operational health.

Pete has over 20 years of experience in building and leading finance teams in various organizations, ranging in size up to $2.5 billion in revenue. Prior to joining Xpressdocs, Pete served as CFO for a private group of retail automotive dealerships. Pete holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. He has also pursued additional coursework at South Texas College of Law.

Chasity Torti, VP Client Services

Chasity Torti is Xpressdocs Vice President of Client Services. Chasity oversees all aspects of customer service, account support and account management. Her main focus is nurturing client relationships to create and maintain Xpresssdocs’ credibility and reputation as an industry leader.  

Chasity has a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. Prior to VP of Client Services, she was Xpressdocs’ Director of Sales Operations for more than two years, responsible for the development and management of client services teams. Previous to her work at Xpressdocs, Chasity was Internet Sales Manager at SuperMedia, a $3 billion annual revenue spin-off of Verizon Communications. She is skilled in managing accounts, sales, customer relationships, and team building.  

Chasity is a strong sales professional. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a focus in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Jed Richards, VP Premedia and Workflow Services

Jed Richards is Xpressdocs Vice President of Premedia and Workflow Services. Jed is a creative leader specializing in team management, business development, and customer relations. He oversees end-to-end management of creative services and product selection, new customer implementation and website development, template configuration, workflow solutions, and digital prepress. His primary focus is customer satisfaction, providing a seamless experience that’s flexible and efficient in an increasingly demanding marketplace.   

Jed has more than 20 years of print and web experience. His expertise in creative solutions and technical abilities are fundamental to achieving Xpressdocs strategic objectives. Jed won the inaugural Chandler Leadership Award at Xpressdocs. He has earned five Hero Awards for outstanding teamwork and peer mentoring. Jed attended Texas Christian University.

Eric Arnold, VP Sales and Business Development

Eric Arnold is Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Eric has more than 20 years experience  helping clients grow their business by leveraging best-in-class Internet-based marketing solutions. His main responsibility is creating, directing and overseeing the strategic direction of the sales team and seeking new business through partnerships. 

Eric believes strongly that innovation can change everything. He is skilled in negotiation, sales, customer relationship management and team building. Prior to Xpressdocs, he was Regional Sales Manager at Expedia Group, the world’s travel platform. Eric holds a Business Degree focused in Finance and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame.

Danielle Stiehl, VP of Emerging Markets

Danielle Stiehl joined the Xpressdocs team in 2019 with the strategic acquisition of Amazing Mail. Danielle is responsible for Sales and Market Development for Xpressdocs’ Emerging Markets. Her focus is curating Marketing Automation and Integrated Brand Management solutions for enterprise level clients. Prior to arriving at Xpressdocs, Danielle was the CEO of Amazing Mail, where she successfully brought their proprietary Automated Direct Mail platform to market. 

Danielle believes technology-driven direct mail marketing solutions that incorporate one to one personalization will dramatically increase the ROI of any campaign. Her goal is to help businesses leverage the power of technology to ensure their customer retention and acquisition efforts not only provide results but are also efficient and cost effective to execute.
