Manufacturing/Printing
Our 125,000 sq. ft. facility features a complete collection of digital and offset print manufacturing services. From Heidelberg 8-color offset printing presses to super-fast HP 7200 digital and web-to-print presses, we offer a comprehensive set of unique print services guaranteed to meet just about any of your printing requirements. In addition, we also print full-color packaging solutions. From a small, perfectly designed brochure, to a 300-page full-color monthly publication or a paperboard carton, we have the equipment, firepower and human expertise to carry your dreams to reality.
Packaging
Structurally designed packaging that is both functional and attractive is essential to good shelf presence. We utilize over 35 years of experience in graphic design and print to create packaging that meets this need. Our capabilities include paperboard folding cartons, corrugated litho-laminated cartons, POP displays, and other custom packaging solutions. In addition, we can design and produce a wide array of structures and styles including straight/reverse tucks, auto-bottoms, 4-corner trays, 6-corner trays, cup/bottle carriers, inner partitions, and most any custom packaging you may require.
Kitting, Fulfillment & Inventory Management
Our facility encompasses approximately 125,000 total square feet. The entire area is a climate controlled, secured environment. We offer kitting, fulfillment and inventory management as one of our major full-time specialty services. In addition, we maintain numerous collation systems and fulfillment lines to service our customers and offer an electronic catalog system for online ordering that can be custom tailored to meet most any requirements.
Full Service Mail & Distribution
Postal regulations can be daunting with all the various categories of mail and size/volume/packaging limitations! Our Account Executives are happy to share their guidance in helping choose the mailing solution that best meets your needs for the least possible expense. Mail lists are processed by proven experts on CASS-certified, postal-approved software; ensuring mailings are as error free, trouble free, and timely as possible. And we also offer many shipping options including FedEx Ground, 2-day and Overnight to ensure product is delivered when you need it.
