With every listing, I send out the large "Just Listed" postcard. I usually select the single-photo postcard, but I recently had a property that was very unique. The flexibility of being able to select a three-photo card was perfect for highlighting the different aspects of this property.
I recently started using your Complete Mailing Service to send the company-paid cards to the street or streets near the listed property that are not in my database. Then I order extras to send to the addresses in my database. Wow, is that easy! Then, if it's an area I want to continue marketing to, I print the new addresses and add them to my database. I also create my own text so that I market the property rather than myself. Once the property is sold, I send small "Just Sold" postcards to all the people who got the "Just Listed" postcards. This time, I gear the text toward market myself and my professional skills.
